Free Worldwide shipping for orders over 50 euros. Please feel free to contact us before placing orders. We will get your orders to you as quickly as possible. If possible, goods in stock will be dispatched the day after payment is received. Goods not in stock can take up to four weeks, please feel free to contact us before placing an order to check our stock position. Goods shipped are insured till delivery address and have tracking number. If a delivery gets lost we will reimburse the purchase price. Goods paid through Pay Pal will be reimbursed in full. Please make orders with total amount over 50 euros so that we can give you better service. Orders under 50 euros will be cancelled and refund sent by PayPal.

Customer Service & Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days, unused in its original packaging. We will exchange it or refund the purchase price of the item. You are responsible for their return cost and remain responsible for items until they are received and accepted at our premises.
